Our Managing Founder
Baher (Brian) Amouzgar is our founder and the person at the front and center of all the work we deliver to our clients. He brings several years of field and executive experience to the table, from diverse industries in Canada and internationally. He has passion for training, mentoring and coaching to support broadening the capacities of human capital.
Professionally, Brian is associated with the engineering management, quality and project management global communities and holds various certifications in good standing. He also served as faculty member with reputable universities and polytechnics in subjects that are directly related to his consulting career. He believes that an educator’s job is not done unless a solid connection is made between theory and practice.
As a lifelong learner, Brian constantly updates his portfolio of knowledge and skills, making the most out of new technological trends that contribute to enhancing the value of our offerings to our clients. His formal education is as diverse as his experience and includes, industrial engineering, cost accounting. He holds a doctorate degree in applied management and decision sciences from Walden University.
Our Team of Experts
Our preferred first choice of team members in any engagements are the client’s staff. There are strong reasons supporting such preference, including the opportunity to prepare the staff for life after the consulting engagement.
We also maintain a deep bench of associates in cases where the client would like to implement an initiative with the least disruption to ongoing activities. Our designated associates will be qualified and experienced to be entrusted with the assigned tasks. We will work with our clients to make sure that we match the right pegs to the right holes.
