Managing Small Projects
This is one of the most popular training workshops offered by us. The 2-day course is accredited by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and Plantek is authorized to issue 2-credit work certifications upon successful completion of the course and its corresponding assessment. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to help them manage small projects effectively but also appreciate bigger picture projects to which they contribute. Click here for Course outline.

Managing Construction Risk
This is a 2-day course that familiarizes the participants with the concept and techniques of identifying, evaluating and managing construction risk. It is offered to construction firms who support elevating their staff knowledge to world-class standards. We are authorized to issue a 2-credit worth certificate upon successful completion of the course and assessment. We are accredited by the Canadian Construction Association to offer this course per approved outline.
